In this episode, I share some of the feedback about the recent birth episodes I’ve been sharing with the sun to encourage conversation and diversity. I discuss labeling birth with terms like natural, vaginal, physiological. I discuss how all women and babies are heroes for doing this work no matter where or how they birth and that we don’t know people’s full stories. I also talk about feeling validated (or not) hearing others’ stories and how you are worthy of being connected to your Inner knowing and intuition. You are worthy of feeling fully embodied.
