Alan Frew is the lead singer of Glass Tiger. Their debut album came out in 1986, and thirty-three years later, they still bring their contagious energy to the recording studio and the stage.

Anne fell in love with their new hit song, This is Your Life, after seeing Glass Tiger perform it live in the spring of 2019. Eventually, it would become the theme song for this podcast.
