With 15 years of experience at the intersection of design and education, Les has worked in design and public policy in Switzerland and NYC and as a teacher in Toronto. As Director of Special Projects at Future Design School, Les designs programs and products that help educators and school leaders break down classroom walls and develop future-ready skills. Les has worked with 10,000+ educators around the world. She has been the Design Coach for the Google Certified Innovator program worldwide since 2016.
