We are discussing how the use of technology such as chatbots, Google Assistant or Alexa can improve inclusivity to your services for generational, disability or ethnic minorities. These are absolutely huge portions of our society that may struggle with sight or hearing impairment or barriers such as language. Particularly as most services and support are assuming English as the language or deployment, there is a big opportunity to help or access our diverse communities by using technology as a bridge.
