Miguel Díaz

" My name is Miguel Diaz, I am originally from Venezuela, moved to Costa Rica in 2014 as an entrepreneur importing cellphone goods from China, I had the opportunity to come to USA last year, and when I got here I saw a post that said "If you know you are not going to fail, What would you do for the rest of your life?" I started researching and I came up with Multifamily Investment. I started following the gurus of the multifamily space, started listening to podcasts (this is the time I met Brian Brisco), I have listened no less than 30 episodes of Brian Briscoe's podcast while I was working in a hotel, I learned how to underwrite a deal (I studied Business Administration) and when I got to Orlando I started to take action, to go network, attend to local REA and I finally met a man who owns a property management company, I told him that I know how to underwrite deals, he's been an LP in a few deals and he wants to be a GP with me on his team, now I work for him in his PMC and we are looking to find deals to invest in."
