In this episode, we are joined by Laura Madden and Juanita Mottram, co-founders of Eve Renovations and Eve Workwear. Eve Renovations strive to employ qualified tradeswomen and to provide a pathway for female apprentices to work in construction. Laura and Juanita talk to us about the challenges of founding an all female construction company, benefits they experience first hand having females on site, how Eve Workwear is breaking down barriers for women on the tools and where change we still need to see in the industry.
