With a background in French literature from NKUA and an MSc in Cultural Organizations Management, Giouli spent years working in event management.

For many years, alcohol was her go-to for coping with deadlines, stress, and the challenges of motherhood—until it wasn't.
Three years ago, following her intuition, she set serious personal development goals and re-evaluated her relationship with alcohol.

Discovering "This Naked Mind," a modern, compassionate, and science-based approach to understanding alcohol, Giouli transformed her life, making alcohol irrelevant and unimportant.

This profound awakening led her to write the first quit lit book in Greek, create an alcohol awareness Instagram account, @anef_alcohol, and become a Double Certified Alcohol Freedom Coach. Giouli is now dedicated to helping her fellow Greeks understand the risks of alcohol.

As a former gray area drinker, author, alcohol-free life coach, mindfulness instructor, and motivational speaker, Giouli empowers people to comprehend gray area drinking, uncover their truth, discover their greater purpose, and live their dream lives, free from the constraints of alcohol.
