How do you define something by what it is not? Focusing this way tunes you into the outcomes rather than the possibilities. Why would this be useful?
Did you receive proper validation as you grew? Where are you looking for that high fidelity feedback loop? How does it impact your life? What does it all mean? Whose words are big in your ears and why?
Do you know how to ask the right questions? Have you become more or less curious as you age? Why don't we take the time to assess and care for yourself unless forced to do so by circumstance? It's never too late to start somewhere, right now.
Unless we get comfortable with being uncomfortable, we will stay mired in the familiar and uninspiring. Forging a new direction or making progress always goes against our comfort. Do it anyway!
