Business hasn’t been working the way it once was, and the popular response to this is that - maybe I’m doing something wrong. In today’s episode, I want to help ease your mind as to the patterns showing up across industries and across businesses. We’re going to talk about common challenges and the struggles business owners are facing at all stages of business (from starting to scaling) and we what you should do about it. The truth is - business isn’t always supposed to be on the up and up. Just like in life! It goes in cycles and one of the most powerful things you can learn as a successful business owner is how to sustain BOTH an economic downturn as well as a boom, and what to do when the environment with which we operate (like in terms of tech and social media) has vastly changed.
