Robert W. Tuttle, a professor at The George Washington University specializing in religion and law, joined the Court Watch podcast to analyze the pending case Groff v. DeJoy, which weighs an employee's right to observe the Sabbath. Mr. Tuttle predicts there's 'little to no chance' the employee demanding an accommodation to observe the Sabbath will win.
