Dominic Brescia is the founder of the Brescia Group at Keller Williams in Tampa, Florida. He's been in the business of real estate for 7 years, but in all reality, it has been his whole life. He started in commercial real estate and he as now pivoted into residential / investments.
Dominic grew up in New York in a family whose passion was centered around the real estate business. He watched his father develop commercial & residential buildings in New York and his mother start her own brokerage at a young age. To say that Dominic shares their dedication to this business is nothing short of an understatement.
Starting his own team has always been a dream of his because Dominic truly feels that he was born to lead and connect with others. He is not in this career simply to succeed but to make a substantial difference in this city. As a team leader, Dominic is striving to educate not only his team but every client they come into contact with. Whether it’s buying a primary residence or investing in a long-term rental or short-term rental, Dominic and his team are here to educate on the process. Every day he shares his passion for this business with everyone who crosses his path.
