During the golden age of bodybuilding men would push each other, motivate each other, talk trash to each other, train hard and go through excruciating pain in order to grow. Nowadays men in gyms are to busy talking and being on their phones. If men went to war nowadays, we would surely lose. Men no longer have that savage mindset.
