Let's talk about crafting goals that stick, the kind that inch us forward day by day toward lasting change—because, after all, success is found in the journey, not just the destination.
Then, amidst the beats of self-improvement and goal-setting, my friend Mike from the Beats Laboratory drops by to remind us all of something crucial: our worth isn't tied to ticked boxes or trophy shelves.
