There can be a lot of complexities with teams because you have multiple people who have unique ideas, plans, and backgrounds, but there are two essential rules that must be followed to have an effective team. I’m reflecting on Ephesians 5:21-32 and the advice that St. Paul regarding roles and responsibilities of leaders and teams.
