Hindostan crafted in West Baden Springs, Indiana with a unique blend of 150+ open-pollinated and landrace corns, this bourbon spotlights the diverse flavor profiles from the heirloom corn's distinct coloration and amino acid breakdown. Named after Hindostan Falls in Indiana, once a bustling town but abandoned after disease outbreaks, this bourbon pays tribute to a lost legacy.
