And likewise, if the architecture diagram, design, integration flows, information security hasn’t been properly designed then it’s never going to get off the ground with IT. So, that makes a ton of sense in terms of uniting the business with IT early and often. Focus on discovery and metrics.” “The business is much more likely to involve themselves, feel ownership, move forward with the solution, and continue to improve overtime if they see that time to value.
