Last year I unblocked my mother and yesterday we spoke to each other for 90 minutes. It is surreal to have a close relationship to someone, when you have known them your whole life, but you don't in fact KNOW them. In this podcast I talk about how my relationship with her has helped me to double down on the fact that people do not change until they are good and ready and it is a waste of my precious life force/time to wait for beg for it.
