Ashley Flier-Gunn is a mom of 2 kids who has a unique perspective to share about pursuing a healthy and happy lifestyle, all while facing the challenges of owning and operating a retail shop during the rough economic conditions of 2020.

Her bubbly personality is a shining example of how people can be positive in the face of adversity, and she has got her sights set on renewing her passion for the Beauty and Active Lifestyle industries as she literally appreciates her personal progress every day, and is now focusing on pursuing further opportunities with likeminded Activewear brands.

Having undergone elective gastric bypass surgery 2 years ago, we learn from Ashley about the considerations this procedure, what it meant for her in taking this decision as well as a view into the Australian healthcare system with both public and private healthcare options. Even more amazing is that Ashley's father that is currently challenged with kidney disease is a candidate for a transplant in the near future with her mother helping by donating her own kidney to the donor pool.

An inspirational family living a seemingly normal everyday Aussie life, however we found this to be an exceptional story and we feel fortunate to be able to hear her story first hand.
