I had a conversation with a friend of mine one day that is a Message Therapist & Sports Trainer. We were talking about the best way to build muscles so that you won't keep re-injuring yourself. It is so easy to get out of the habit of regular exercise for so many reasons. He was telling me - The easiest way to ensure that people get in a habit of doing their exercises regularly is if you can get them to change their daily habits and work exercises into the things we do every day. Instead of bending over to pick something up - make a point of using good body mechanics and squat down. When in the kitchen stop and do a set of pushups off the kitchen counter. These and many other ways to put exercise into your everyday life will go a long way to keep your muscles strong enough to not continually re-injure them.
