I have spent the past few months doing womb spiral. It's a journey to awaken the feminine, investigate trauma and listen to your body and yoni. There are 7 gates moving through the female organs which each cover a different element of your life. I went through this with Kellie from Soul Healing and she is one of my trusted guides when it comes to this work.
