How to Be Confident Without Seeming Arrogant
Manage episode 326867883 series 2923058
Confidence isn't something you earn, it's something you are, It's taking action, taking risks and knowing that failure is learning. Let's discuss how to start pursuing your passions because you have sovereignty and how to let go of the need for external validation that's holding you back.
- Confident people do what they feel called to do. Even when it's messy, even without all the tools and resources. Trust that you know what you know and you will learn what you need to learn. Face your fears and do it anyway.
- Be confident now. Start noticing all the situations that you handle with assurance, even when things get challenging.
- Appreciate even the smallest ways that you are confident and start noticing how you feel in your body in those moments. You can adopt those same physical traits in moments when you are less confident to cue yourself towards confidence.
- Arrogance is a bullying persona adopted by people who don;t feel confident to shut down opposition by making others wrong. Confidence is curious, asks for help and fails forward.
