Welcome, this week to another Dynamic Touch message. This week, you will find us in 1st Samuel chapter 30: 1-23
What does it mean to pursue?
Pursue is to follow someone or something to obtain them; to go after something just like our soldiers.
We're all in a battle. David was in a battle, and while he and his soldiers were fighting, another enemy took over David's camp and took the women, cattle, and everything.
When David and the soldiers returned to the camp, they saw that all of their items had been stolen. David was angry, greatly distressed, and broken.
The enemy doesn't just hurt one person, he comes for everyone, and all are affected. The soldiers who also had their wives, daughters, and things were stolen also were feeling like David. Although David was going through the same feelings of anger, the soldiers wanted to kill David, saying its David's fault.
When the enemy comes to steal, they don't know whose belongings are being taken, they simply steal everything. While they were blaming David for what happened to them and David, David took it to God.
Followers, listeners & viewers, stop blaming others for what happened, that person who is getting blamed is already feelings emotions of hurt too. We're all being affected. There will be all kinds of tests, but when you take your brokenness to God, He'll show up.
