Vilmantas Balčikonis, Vice-President of the Lithuanian Association of Blind and Partially Sighted, explains why cooperation with the EU Parliament and other organisations around Europe is important.

He also reflects on LASS’ advocacy work in promoting the rights of people with visual impairment in Lithuania, as well as EBU’s support at a European level.
