This executive order issued on December 28th outlines how disabled and disadvantaged students who are learning at home or learning virtually can receive grant/government funds to better accommodate their learning needs (i.e., technology, learning supplies etc.). Public schools, however, receive nothing in this executive order as they have squandered over 13 billion dollars in the last 10 months. No soup for you public schools!
