8: How Yoga Helped When My Home Birth Turned into an Unplanned (and Positive) Hospital Birth Experience

Today's episode is a little bit different. Over the years I have found it inspirational listening to other people's positive birth experiences and I found that these trickled back into my consciousness when I was pregnant. So I've decided to share mine too. It didn't go to plan, but ultimately the main goal of having us both out the other side healthily was achieved.
My yoga practice played an integral part in making this into a positive birth story. I discuss how learning and embodying the eight limbs of yoga and the koshas helped me trasform what could have been a somewhat traumatic experience, into an affirmative one.
