In this episode, Sarah is joined by Rebecca Pickens. Rebecca is a Real Estate Appraiser at Frost Valuations Inc. from Edmonton, Alberta, which has been providing commercial and residential real estate appraisals since 1983. Rebecca has bean working at Frost Valuations in 2017 after graduating from MacEwan University with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Majoring in Management. She is currently enrolled in the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, working towards her AACI designation. Currently, Rebecca's main focus is residential & commercial (multi-family, industrial, retail, land, car wash) appraisals in the Edmonton and Calgary area.
