“The Lost 45s” began at Emerson College in 1981.

In part one of this four part AIRCHECK session, Barry takes us back to 1982 when he attended Emerson College in Boston and launched “The Lost 45s” radio show. His show caught the attention of some radio trade publications, and he tells a story about how his middle school teacher first exposed him to one of those trade publications in class, which became the catalyst to his career. Plus Barry shares about the show’s existence on many Boston radio stations.
