Hello and welcome to Adulting, and the fourteenth episode of Let’s Talk About… a broadening of Adulting... where that was about all of the things we never got taught in school, this is almost like seminars on life; where my audience (that's you!), get to chat anonymously about things they couldn't necessarily discuss over lunch with their friends, or feel like they don't have anyone to talk to about whatever it may be.

Let’s Talk About… Jealousy. The submission read ‘being jealous of others and how to overcome it’

I actually really loved this topic, because we all feel jealous from time to time but it’s such a shameful and somewhat embarrassing feeling that maybe we don’t always talk about it, so I felt it was nice to hold space to share these emotions and realise just how common they are.
