In this I give you a little bit of homework and that homework is to watch the documentary the social dilemma on Netflix. It really speak to those of us that look for validation and self-esteem on the outside of ourselves and exacerbates an already difficult problem. I do mention that I am going to be going off of Facebook I know I’ve said that before but it’s really happening this time and Instagram so they will really only be two ways that you can comment I get a hold of me and the one that’s available right now is through Twitter and I am @nmaclaren.
