There are three A’s in recovery; the first one is awareness, the second one is acceptance and the third one is action. The awareness is a part that comes actually before you even start step one which is all about acceptance and so in this episode I talk a little bit about becoming aware of a situation and I read a bit from the Al-Anon bluebook so that you can hear some of the wisdom that’s in the program and I hope that you get something from it! of course I do.
