In this quick energy meditation exercise, every time you hear the word "energy" you will intentionally direct that energy vibration to your heart!
The more you hear me say the word "energy", begin to visualize and feel the healing abundant energy expanding from your heart throughout your body...filing you up until you're overflowing with divine energy.
At this moment, feeling calm and relaxed, I want you to focus on your heart and nothing else!
This meditational exercise can be done day or night, eyes can be opened or closed, while you're relaxed or drifting off to sleep, it doesn't matter. The energy is transferred just by listening, breathing, and visualization.
