Karen Garthwait, is Acting Public Affairs Specialist for Canyonlands. Karen has been an Interpretation park ranger with the NPS since 2004 and stationed here in Moab for 18 years, starting out as a Park Guide giving walks and talks, then supervising Park Guide teams and interns, and now overseeing the park’s media work and exhibit projects.
