While in many industries, larger teams are necessary to respond to growing needs and increasing demands, is it always true for information work?

We’re seeing a trend in analytics where teams decimated by the covid pandemic are not returning to their pre-pandemic size, but expected to deliver at the same or higher level. How can an analytics team be successful at a smaller size? How can analytics directors position their team to be high performers without running them into the ground?
