A MAMIL is a Middle Aged Man in Lycra. It sums me up pretty well. Originally this podcast started as a daily diary but with lockdown and the tireless need to try and come up with some content on a daily basis, the quality of the podcast became pretty suspect. So I have now reverted this to a Cycling Diary and I’ll record a podcast when I have something to say.
