We discussed so many topics including her non-traditional approach to work and related thoughts around job security, her dreams of being a fashion designer, and being a successful podcaster and some thoughts around how one can get started doing the same.

Justyna shares the story of her life journey, including arriving from Poland to go to university, winning awards (read this) being a total optimist and dealing with Endometriosis.

There's some great advice and wisdom in this podcast as well as her thoughts on changing the world and frustrations surrounding patriarchy and equality.
