I trust you're well. Having a kid takes up a lot of time so apologies for not having an episode last week. But I spent a good amount of time putting this together for you today.

I've reflected on 2024 and how key themes have appeared. I discuss these in today's episode whilst tying it all back to our own life philosophy. It evolves naturally and we need to embrace that through all the stages of our life.
