Lara is an experienced and certified Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) practitioner, with a demonstrated history of working on various projects in the development sector in Egypt. She has proven expertise in data collection, analysis, dissemination, and presentation. Lara is also skilled in the development of M&E frameworks and strategies, as well as in using multiple M&E tools and creating effective reporting mechanisms to ensure the efficient implementation of projects according to proposals, logical frameworks, and budgets.
In this episode, Marta and Lara dive into how data triangulation can inform decisions and feed into adaptation in the implementation process, as well as how Lara uses advanced techniques like data simulation and after-action reviews to ensure that data doesn't just tell the story but actively shapes the outcome of her projects.
