We also chat about our efforts to build passive income. About how a small portfolio of stock images is very slowly generating daily earnings. While platforms like Etsy to sell prints and flipping musical gear for profit help balance out the ups and downs of not having a ‘real’ job.

We open up about the emotional toll that the industry can take, through periods of feeling stuck and unsure of what to do next, breaking goals into smaller, more manageable tasks, and wrap up with a reminder that making progress as a freelancer often means celebrating small wins, whilst keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
