Episodio dedicato a chi fa trail running. Ed in particolar modo a chi affronta distanze significative o gare belle toste in quanto a dislivelli.
Infatti, come da titolo, oggi vorrei parlare di come affrontare e gestirsi durante le salite lunghe. Specialmente durante le gare.
L’idea, come spesso accade, mi è venuta qualche giorno fa mentre stavo correndo un lungo per sentieri e ho cannato completamente l’approccio ad una salita che volevo fare bene, scoppiando malamente già a metà. E non era manco tanto lunga.
Nonostante questo mio ennesimo errore di valutazione, parlando bene e razzolando male, vi dirò un po’ come agisco io, che strumenti uso e così via.
