S2E36: Functioning In Overwhelm Isn't Normal (And What To Do About It)
Manage episode 438902001 series 3560848
Living in overwhelm means our bodies are functioning in a stress response all the time. The fatigue, memory-loss, exhaustion, gut-issues, hormonal responses - all of it could be attributed to the overwhelm you're functioning in everyday life with.
What if slowing down is what lets your body catch up? What if evaluating and equipping yourself to beat overwhelm is what could heal what's been broken for so long?
Over time, we've learned that the gut is your body's second brain. When you have issues there, your body isn't going to produce the right hormones and responses to live a full, healthy life.
In this podcast, we share the moments we found ourselves functioning in a stress response. Listen to the full episode and feel heard!
