You might have heard about the "Law of attraction" or the "Law of cause and effect".
When it comes to our personal lives you can generally say that what you thing and feel you will attract to you and what you put out will return to you.
If you have a lot of anticipatory anxiety you will attract a lot of challenging things.
You need to change the way you think and feel so you will attract good things.
Park dealing with your challenges to a special time a day. For the rest of the day you will focus on good things so that you will attract good, including the ideas on how to deal with your challenges.
Find the good even in challenging times. Don't watch the news or other things that might make you think about negative things.
Practice feeling good no matter what.
