Karabo Shabalala is a second-year student pursuing Hospitality Management (Food and Beverage) at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Her passion for this course was ignited at a young age by her love for cooking. She has now fallen head over heels with her studies, which encompass managing day-to-day operations, developing menus, purchasing supplies, training and supervising staff, maintaining health and safety standards, and implementing strategies to maximize profit. Additionally, she is responsible for monitoring guest feedback and resolving any issues that may arise.
