Hello Periscope, Twitter live what is going on everybody? Happy New Year's Eve. Some of you it is actually 2019 I am not that far behind you what I have, what? 41 minutes until it's 2019. So you will probably catch this on the replay, which is quite okay. But I wanted to come on. And let's talk about day six of the seven steps to prepare for your 2019 goals.
And tonight we're talking about your mindset. Yes, your mindset because it's truly key and truly important when it comes to achieving your goals. So this is gonna be real quick, real fast in a hurry. It is like the supercharged version of above what you need to do to be ready for your 2019 goals. Okay. So number one, believe in yourself.
Meaning you will look at yourself and say, Okay, I don't know how to do this, this and this, but I'm damn good at this. And you truly after you've done your self assessment, are able to understand what your strong points are. Understand what you enjoy doing and what you're really good at. So does it hold you back when you look and see that you aren't the best at everything because nobody is right? Nobody is.
But you believe in yourself that you want to achieve these goals. Number two, if you see it, you can believe it in your mind. You can see clearly what you want to achieve. And because you can see it is so much easier for you to achieve it. If you can't see yourself. Be where you said your goal is is going to be damn hard to get there. It is very, very difficult to envision it reaching someplace if you can't see it.
Now, that doesn't mean you can see every step to get there. What it simply means is you can see the end goal. You don't know how you want to do it, but you know you're going to do it. Right because you believe in yourself and you can clearly see your vision, your angle, right? Then the third thing, fear doesn't make you stop. In your mind.
You know, you are fearless. You just know that your dream is greater than your fear. And because your dream is greater than your fear, you keep going, you don't stop, you may slow down. Take a breath rest a little bit, but you don't quit. Right? You just compose yourself. You gain your energy again, you get to move it, but your fear doesn't stop you. It makes you down but it doesn't stop you. And this is a bonus one when it comes to mindset
and that is you.
Learn not to listen to quitters. I'm being honest. You learn not to listen to quitters. What you find out is quitters don't quit as a maybe discouraging you. I won't say all of them are. They may be discouraging you from pushing ahead. And your mindset is so focused on winning your mindset is so focused on that angle. your mindset is so about you winning, quitters don't impact you.
So everybody have a happy New Year's Eve be safe. And like I said, this is quick, fast into the point as how to later I'll be back tomorrow and we will wrap up day seven, with a little something different. So if you miss any of today's days one through six, definitely definitely go check them out anywhere from looking at your habits. Expect the unexpected what else I have, how to stop procrastinating assessing your tribes and you don't have haters, you have quitters in your life. All right, everybody. I will talk to you later.
