In today's episode, Tom and I spoke about how our habits at work affect the quality of our work and how effectively we can do it. People like to stick to habits and systems to make them feel safe and help guide them throughout their day, that SHOULD NOT be different in the workplace, but sometimes we don't have the incentives or facilities in place to enforce good habits consistently. We thought about how making 1 small change at a time (as cliche as it sounds) could lead to a wealth of positive change!
