This week I had the honor of sitting down with Ms Brianna Ladapo. Brianna is a health and wellness coach, a writer, and a mother of three. She is passionate about nutrition, wellness, and holistic health, and she helps others to achieve their health goals through energetic healing, life coaching, and health coaching. She is also the wife of Dr. Joseph Ladapo, Florida’s new surgeon general, who advocates for individual choice and responsibility in public health policies. Brianna Ladapo has a background in communications and has worked as the director of communications at NYU School of Medicine. She is a proponent of healthy living through good choices and individual responsibility.
