AfriCan Geopardy

In the February episode of AfriCan Geopardy, we discussed "Know thyself" with Ms Angel Smeijer, an Integral Leadership coach. She helps individuals and teams gain clarity and awareness to help them achieve their higher goals. She is also an HR leader with experience leading the HR function in tech scales and start-ups. This topic is important because the AfriCan continent has the highest percentage of entrepreneurs globally at 22%. At the same time, the continent holds some of the highest percentages of failed ventures in the first year -- 54% at the continental level, 75% in Ethiopia, and Rwanda, 74% in Ghana, 67% in DRC and Zimbabwe and 33% in Nigeria.
