As we head into a shiny new year there is going to be constant information about new ways to grow our businesses, become a “better you”, big huge life changing claims and offers, and even some opportunities. And with so pressure and excitement happening around all the newness, it might be hard to tune out the noise and really focus on what is important to YOU and your lifestyle and business. Last year, I personally had a handful of opportunities come my way that I had to politely turn down and it was really challenging. As an entrepreneur, turing down any opportunity can leave you in a guilt spiral about whether or not you made the right choice since our incomes can be somewhat inconsistent, but the thing that really matters is that you’re staying true to who you are and what you WANT for your business.
