Methods of shadow work.
- Suspend Judgement: this method you stop attacking yourself and the behaviors, thoughts or feeling you are having. Instead you surrender, accept, use compassion and patients.
- Ask yourself WHY: to get deeper you need to ask yourself WHY and keep asking WHY until you get to the root of that behavior, thought, or emotion.
- Journaling: journaling allow us to do a BRAIN DUMP. This helps ups to better process our emotions, thoughts and behaviors. It will lead you to a greater awareness of yourself.
- Meditation: this is key because we have so many voices that we hear all day long so sitting in the stillness allowing your self to relax enough where you are almost sleep but not sleep helps us get more connected with our minds.
- Talking to somebody: talking to someone helps a lot they can help you process you emotion, thoughts or behaviors help you see something you never seen before give you a different prospective you would thought of.
- Breaking down Limiting beliefs: breaking down these beliefs will allow you to uncover the root the foundation of our limited beliefs. Like FEAR, REJECTION, INSECURITY, SHAM and some many other thoughts and feeling.
