Last year, Rachel helped the Soroptimists set up #GoogleMyBusiness listings for each of the local clubs. Previously, there had simply been one #GMB listing for the organisation's head quarters.

Here, Rachel examines the challenges encountered whilst doing this, as well as the results of the project in terms of traffic, engagement and membership enquiries. Plus, there are some more top tips to help ensure your business is able to set up and manage a GMB listing effectively.
