Cathy Yan is best known for her 2020 film, Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) and now (after years of distribution woes) her 2018 debut Dead Pigs. Elizabeth, David and Ben go deep into all the emerging thematic and stylistic choices Yan has developed in just two films.
